Ms. Callie Dobbins is serving her third year on the National FFA Chapter Activity Awards Committee.  The committee meets several times during the year, working to ensure that the National FFA awards program authentically meets the expectations and mission of the National FFA organization.  Working diligently, the committee rewrote the FFA application and awards system to better meet the needs of FFA chapters and members.  The system was launched in January, 2017 and it will be used this week at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Dobbins assumes the role of committee co-chair in 2018.

Dobbins is attending the FFA National Convention, representing the National FFA Chapter.  She is an Instructional Coach/ Vocational Ag Instructor at Marshall Public Schools. She joins over 20 additional representatives from the Saline County Career Center - Marshall FFA Chapter in Indianapolis. Members of the local FFA Chapter will compete in the Models of Excellence and the Premier Chapter categories.
