The Marshall Public Education Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit, tax exempt organization that was incorporated in 1993.
The purpose of the Marshall Public Eduacation Foundation is to solicit and receive tax exempt donations, bequests and other gifts from friends and alumni of the Marshall Public School District. The directors of the foundation will manage the funds.
The mission will be to use the funds to meet new program challenges that will enhance the academic programs offered by the Marshall Public School District. Why is the foundation pursuing this goal? This foundation recognizes that the future success of this community is closely tied to the educational opportunities offered to the youth of the Marshall Public School District.

FOUNDATION GOALS
Donations will help provide educational experiences above and beyond the core curriculum and help initiate programs that challenge and encourage students at all levels. Programs that could be funded through the foundation include:
- Purchasing instructional materials and equipment
- Enriching academic curriculum
- Enhancing learning opportunities
- Named student scholarships
- Providing education mini-grants
You can be part of this exciting, innovative way to ensure a quality education for your children and grandchildren! How can you help? Gifts can be donations of cash, securities, personal property or real estate. All donors will be recognized for their gifts. All gifts received will be managed by the foundation for support of the academic programs of the district.
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Your gifts are tax deductible.
Your gift can be presented by completing and returning the information form and your check today. Unrestricted gifts will be used to fund current academic needs.
Disignated Gifts:
Support for a specific program, or a Named Student Scholarship. Designated funds would be used for those areas "as directed", subject to prior Foundation Board approval.
Memorial Gifts:
Funds donated to honor a deceased relative or friend. Annual gifts to a specific memorial fund are encouraged to keep it active.
Estate Planning:
A very simple way to provide excellent support for the foundation. Please consult your legal or tax advisor soon.
