On November 1, 2012 Saline County Career Center (SCCC) hosted the Central District SkillsUSA Fall Leadership Conference at the Martin Community Center.   The keynote speaker was Joe Aull, Missouri State Representative who gave a great speech on leadership and taking charge.  Six other schools joined SCCC SkillsUSA Students in attending this Leadership Conference. The Culinary Arts students served punch, donuts, and coffee. The Central District Officers from Marshall and Eldon, with the help from our local officers, conducted team building activities throughout the day.  Sessions also included teaching students about SkillsUSA. All 280 students and advisors who attended received a Leadership pin. Saline County Career Center would like to thank the Martin Community Center, the city of Marshall, and Wal-Mart for their help and support.
