Jimmy Brock Award Recipients— Each year, the Jimmy Brock Memorial Award is given in
memory of Jimmy Brock by Bruce and Linda Brock. The cash award of $200 is given to two
senior students from Saline County High School based on attendance, grades, and citizenship.
This year’s award winners are Brandi Tresler and Amber Smith. Pictured with these students is
Derek Lark, principal of SCHS.
The 2008 Saline County High School graduation celebration was held May 15 in
the Little Theater at Marshall High School.
