2023 MAP Testing
Bueker Middle School
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Bueker Middle School will be taking the annual MAP Test during the next several weeks. This is the test mandated by the state of Missouri. It is vital that we get the best effort out of our students as the results of this test have a huge impact on our entire district. The information we get from these assessments aids teachers in improving instruction, classroom activities, and additional information for assisting individual students. Therefore, it is important for ALL of us to help prepare for testing. Please help encourage your student during their testing dates, see helpful information below:
Be in attendance and on time, as test make-up becomes difficult to reschedule
Get a good night’s sleep
Eating “something” before coming to school, or have breakfast at school
Talk to your child every evening about the importance of testing and trying their best
Asking them about testing to show you care
Try to schedule all appointments around testing times, if possible
Encourage your child to exercise or be active in the evenings
Be positive and respectful during testing
*All testing will be completed online. If your child has their own headphones, please send them on their testing date. Otherwise, we will provide them with a pair to use.

Escuela Intermedia Bueker
Estimados Padres/Madres/Tutores,
La escuela Intermedia Bueker tomará el examen anual MAP(Programa de evaluación de Missouri) durante las próximas semanas. Esta es la prueba ordenada por el estado de Missouri. Es vital que obtengamos el mejor esfuerzo de nuestros estudiantes ya que los resultados de esta prueba tienen un gran impacto en todo nuestro distrito. La información que obtenemos de estas evaluaciones ayuda a los maestros a mejorar la instrucción, las actividades en el salón de clases e información adicional para ayudar a estudiantes individuales. Por lo tanto, es importante que TODOS nos ayudemos a prepararnos para las pruebas. Ayude a animar a su estudiante durante las fechas de los exámenes, consulte la información útil a continuación:
Estar presente y a tiempo, ya que la recuperación de la prueba se vuelve difícil de reprogramar
Tener una buena noche y dormir
Comer “algo” antes de venir a la escuela, o desayunar en la escuela
Hable con su hijo todas las noches sobre la importancia de evaluar y hacer su mejor esfuerzo, preguntándoles sobre las pruebas para demostrar que le importa
Trate de programar todas las citas alrededor de los tiempos de prueba, si es posible.
Anime a su hijo a hacer ejercicio o estar activo por las noches.
Sea positivo y respetuoso durante las pruebas
*Todas las pruebas se completarán en línea. Si su hijo tiene sus propios auriculares, envíelos en la fecha de su examen. De lo contrario, les proporcionaremos un par para usar.
