It was another "Fab"-ulous Friday at Benton School! Have a great weekend!
The students at Benton School had National Lunch week, this past Tuesday and Wednesday. The kids enjoyed having their families at school to eat with them. The staff enjoyed seeing all the families. Thank you to all everyone that was able to join and make it a successful National Lunch week.
Reminder for Benton School families:
If you signed up to eat lunch with your 3rd grader, tomorrow, Tuesday, October 10th, is the day!
We ask please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early for their lunch shift. Also, please bring exact change or check made to MPS for payment of your lunch. Thank you!

The students in Ms. Mabrey and Ms. Cochran's class walked to the Jim the Wonder Dog garden this morning to extend their learning about monuments. They got to explore the garden, and read the informative cards throughout.

The students at Benton School enjoyed reading their new books they received from the Book Blast Fundraiser. They got to bring in a blanket/pillow, and some got to read with flashlights! Thank you to all who participated, the students really enjoyed their prizes and books!
