Board Secretary/HR Director serves as the district compliance officer and Title IX coordinator and the Assistant Superintendent as the acting district compliance officer and acting Title IX coordinator. In the event that neither the compliance officer nor the acting compliance officer and Title IX coordinator are available, reports will be made to the director of student services.
