Yesterday was Custodian Appreciation Day! We would like to send a BIG HAPPY CUSTODIAN DAY to Mr. Linares. He keeps our school clean and we appreciate everything he does for us at Benton School.
MVC Cheerleaders came to Benton to read Dr. Seuss books to our students Friday afternoon.
We had lots of twinning today at Benton School. Also, Mrs. Zank's class dressed as Inside Out for their classroom theme.

Benton's first Marvelous Monday was a success! All of the children enjoyed the station they chose. The options are Arts/Crafts, Bingo, Pound class, Dance Party, and extra recess.
Officer Gibson came to give the students information on Intruder Procedures. They were very attentive, great listeners, and asked many questions. Thank you Officer Gibson for coming and giving our students this very important lesson.

We are so proud of our 4th graders at Eastwood. These students performed amazingly on their 3rd grade MAP test, so we just had to celebrate! Way to go!
