***Ms. Emily Rifenburg***

My name is Emily Rifenburg, and I’m excited to be joining the Owl Family next year. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share how much I’m looking forward to becoming part of this school community.

I come from a middle school background with experience in both the classroom and building-level leadership. Over the years, I have been a classroom science teacher in NKC Schools, and I have also served as a building leader, working closely with students and staff in grades 6, 7, and 8. These experiences have reinforced my belief that schools are at their best when relationships, communication, and teamwork are at the center of the work.

Outside of school, I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with my son, painting, and listening to audiobooks. I’m excited to bring my experience, energy, and passion for education into this community.

I’m eager to learn from all of you and support the great work already happening at Bueker. I look forward to meeting you soon.
