The Saline County Career Center FBLA chapter, along with the Business Education classes will host the 2nd annual Food Truck Day on Friday, May 13th.   Ten food truck vendors will be available for the public and students for food and drink purchases.  Hungry customers can enjoy food  from 11a.m. to 6:00p.m. in the SCCC parking lot.  The event has been very successful for the vendors and business students, who apply marketing, entrepreneurial skills, business planning and much more as they execute the event.  Culinary Arts students also are involved as they assist some of the vendors.  SCCC instructor and FBLA advisor, Ms. Tracy Crumbaugh has been very pleased with the event's success and she hopes the community will come out and support it again this year.
