Thank you to Lisa Dover with Table of 5 Catering for being our guest speaker for Cookies & Careers: Culinary.  Lisa shared how packing after school meals for their children's sports teams has turned into a successful catering company with mobile catering and food trucks.  If you have ever joined us for our beloved food truck day-they are the ones with the delicious wood fired pizzas! Lisa and her husband, Scott, have no culinary background, but are an example that hard work, dreams, and determination can equal success.

Shout out to Watermill Clothing Company for being today's Cookies & Careers: Entrepreneurship guest speakers!  Karson and Kassidy took interested students on a journey of what started as a sketch on paper and a dream of three sisters and has turned into a patented design and international business relationships.  They inspired students to understand that if you have creativity, resilience, self discipline, a dream, and are a risk taker-you can be an entrepreneur too.
